Rates and Availability

The minimum age requirement at Asbury Harris Epworth Towers is 62 years old. With a couple only if one person is 62, then both qualify.

Rental amount is based upon each resident's income. If your income is below the government income limits you will pay 30% of your income towards the basic rate for rent.

If your income does not exceed 30% of the area medium income or you have extremely low income, contact AHET for additional information. If your income is greater than the government income limit, you will pay the basic or market rate.

Government Rental Assistance is available through the Government Assistance Program (Section 8), which allows a resident to pay 30% of their income for rent. Additional information will be given during the application process.

Each resident signs a lease that may be terminated with a 30-day written notice and a security deposit (refundable) equal to one month’s rent is required at move-in.
